At Splash and Tickle we pride ourselves on our first class Health and Safety record, and have enjoyed over 17 years of incident-free operations across a wide variety of public and private events, including some of the world's largest music festivals.

Creating a safe environment for guests, clients and staff is paramount. From set up to show time, every aspect of an installation is carefully planned with health and safety in mind, from the well-being of our set up crew on site to the clarity of the water in the pools and hot tubs.

We appoint a supervisor responsible for water quality, equipped with the very latest portable electronic photometer testing equipment, at each and every S&T event ensuring that we conform to, and generally exceed, standards and guidelines laid down by BISHTA (the British and Irish Spa and Hot Tub Association) which means you and your guests can relax safe in the knowledge that our spa and pool water is safe and clean.

Working closely with our clients and venue management where required, we prepare a thorough Risk Assessment and Method Statement in accordance with The Health & Safety Executive's Approved Code of Practice. Needless to say we are always fully insured with adequate Public and Employers' Liability cover.

The Splash and Tickle crew are cut to fit your groove; our trusted staff know our product and know the event industry. Our therapists are first rate. Our bar staff are slick and our hosts and hostesses are welcoming, kind and convivial. We also provide fully qualified lifeguards and first aiders who are switched on to your safety where required.

On the technical side, rest assured we’ve got it covered. All installations are carried out safely and in strict accordance with health and safety law. We use a professional outfit of experienced technical crew and riggers including qualified site electricians on larger set ups.

Our Total Therapy team is fully qualified to deliver a holistic range of massage treatments, from a simple and effective Indian Head massage lasting a few minutes, to an aroma-acupressure treatment which is guaranteed to relieve all the tensions and stresses to which we are all prone, It’s all about the ‘Feel Good Factor’ and as we all know very well, when you feel good, you look good and the world seems like a better place.

No event is complete without a selection of drinks and refreshments on hand and at S&T we are no different. Our stylish event bars form the focal point of the spa area providing guests with anything from energising smoothies and gourmet coffees, to chilled Champagne and cocktails.

Aside from our own crew, we have top drawer partners who we can engage to facilitate your specific wishes; flair cocktail bar staff are a speciality and really add to the spa side service. Mixing either fresh juices and smoothies, or cocktails laden with tropical fruit, we can work you up a delicious and bespoke drinks menu to suit the occasion.

Splash and Tickle can be delivered “white label” and branded to your specification if required. We have a comprehensive array of unique branding media within the set up as well as numerous suggestions for you on personalised and company giftware which are particularly well suited to corporate events and product launches.

The hot tub DVD screens, wigwam gobo projectors and therapy tent reception plasma screens join the AV suite to really make the most of our multimedia options for slick entertainment or branding.

For the ultimate in super visible marketing at large events we can supply branded wigwams, tents, gazebos and parasols. Furthermore, all unit structures have been manufactured with banner attachments and standardised dimensions so you can fit your own specially designed branding to walls, panels and fencing within the spa area and not spend unnecessarily through the need for masses of different sized banners and branding panels. Our marketing team can work with you in maximising this exposure.

Do you need towels for your event?

Don't have the means to wash or store them?

Whether it's a few towels for a family pool party, or hundreds for a large event or festival we have large stocks of towels available for short or long term hire.

Choose from our 2 levels of service...

Dry hire (pun intended!) - towels are delivererd to you, simply use them as you wish and throw them back into the reusable box and they will be collected. Simple!

Managed towel service - everything is taken care of by one or more of our on site team so you can focus on your event and guests. Towels are delivered, displayed, handled and returned to base by one of our friendly event team.
